What is operative leasing? Operative leasing is a long-term vehicle lease with which you gain from our company number of advantages and services, such as complex administration of fleet according to your real operating costs during the whole period of lease. We propose you optimal financial solution according to your needs and it is more convenient in comparison to common medium-term and short-term lease:

Lower monthly payments than by financial leasing.
Null payment on account.
Optional period of lease, mostly 12 – 48 months.
Each payment is in full amount put into expenses.
Take out the obligation out of balance sheet.
Substitute vehicle in case of breakdown or insurance claim.
By total damage on the vehicle purchase of a new one and continuation in previous contract.
Repayment of all taxes and payments in one joint invoice – accident insurance, liability insurance, motorway stamp, road tax etc.
Repayment, follow up and administration of service payments, storage of tires.
Delay of investment decision – whether the client will include the vehicle into his property will be decided in moment of ending the leasing, not by his making.

We make a contract with you of operative leasing with null payment on account
You pay only regular payments, we will deal with the rest
Registration of vehicle, accident insurance, liability insurance, motorway stamps, road tax, complete service, purchase and storage of tires, arrangement of assistance service, substitute vehicle, fill up cards CCS – evidence of consumption PHM etc.
After expiration of contract of operative lease you have the possibility to:

Change the vehicle for a new one
Return the vehicle
Purchase the vehicle for the remaining value

Documents needed for making the contract of operative leasing:

Certificate of incorporation- not older than 3 months- original needed for proof
Certificate of tax registration
ID card of statutory representative
Notarized full power to deputize the claimant, if the statutory body is not acting- original needed for proof
Three statements of account of the past three months (always the last statement of account in month) original needed for proof
Order, draft of invoice or invoice – tax document with information about subject of leasing

accident insurance (CASCO)

it includes cover of insurance claims, accident, natural disasters, theft, vandalism
participation according to the choice of clients (e.g. 5% minimum 5000,- SKK or 10% minimum 10 000,- SKK)
